Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine399/Serine401 phosphorylation of Orexin Receptor 1. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the Orexin Receptor 1 (OX1) were either not exposed or exposed to 100 nM of Orexin-B for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS399/pS401-OX1 antibody (7TM0321C) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-OX1 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
