The non-phospho NPY1 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail human NPY1 receptor. It can be used to detect total NPY1 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. It can also be used to isolate and enrich NPY1 receptors from tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine338 phosphorylation of the Hydroxycarboxylic Acid Receptor 2. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the Hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 2 (HCA2) were either not exposed or exposed to 100 nM Nicotinic Acid for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT338-HCA2 antibody (7TM0312A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-HCA2 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
